Italtile Ltd is a South African manufacturer, franchisor and retailer of tiles, bathroomware and other related home-finishing products. The Group trades through three retail chains: Italtile Retail, CTM and TopT: • Italtile Retail provides a range of exclusive tiles, bathroomware and related products to upper-middle and premium-end consumers and the professional projects market. • CTM retails tiles, laminate and vinyl flooring, taps, sanitaryware, shower enclosures, bathroom furniture and accessories, targeting middle-income DIY customers and small builders. • TopT is the Group’s entry-level brand, situated in close proximity to under-serviced rural and outlying markets, and retails tiles, paint, ceiling décor, taps, sanitaryware, laminate flooring, window blinds, tile adhesives and accessories. The Group has a total network of 213 stores (including webstores), of which 79 are franchised, comprising 100 CTM stores, 15 Italtile Retail stores and 98 TopT stores. Italtile Ltd's manufacturing operations comprise 17 factories: • Ceramic Industries (Pty) Ltd (99.12%) manufactures glazed porcelain floor tiles, ceramic wall and floor tiles, sanitaryware, acrylic baths and shower trays and is comprised of: 1 Ceramic Industries acrylic bath factory 1 Ceramic Industries sanitaryware factory 5 Ceramic Industries tile factories in South Africa 1 Ceramic Industries tile factory in Australia • Ezee Tile Adhesive Manufacturers (Pty) Ltd (99.12%) manufactures grout, paint, adhesives and related products through 9 adhesive and grout factories located in South Africa, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe: 6 factories in South Africa 1 factory in Kenya 1 factory in Zambia 1 factory in Zimbabwe.
