SA Corporate Real Estate Ltd (SAC) is a JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) which owns, through its subsidiary companies, a diversified property portfolio of properties in the industrial, retail, commercial and residential sectors. Its properties are located primarily in the major metropolitan areas of South Africa with a secondary node in Zambia comprising 3 properties in the retail and commercial sectors, in which the company holds a 50% interest through a joint venture arrangement. As of 31 December 2025, SAC's assets under management were valued at R20.4bn. The property portfolio consisted of 241 properties covering a total area of 1.6 million square metres of lettable space with a combined value of R19.0bn. (excluding three Zambian properties which are held in JVs).
