Attacq Ltd is a South African focused fund and actively invests in and manages land, property development rights and investment properties, held directly or indirectly.

Investments include:
• South African and African portfolios including retail, hotel, office and mixed-use light industrial properties and Data Centres.

The property portfolio was valued at R24.6bn as of 30 June 2025.

During the 2025 financial year, Attacq Ltd sold its investments in MAS Real Estate Inc (central and eastern Europe)

Attacq Ltd has a 4.47% investment in Lango Real Estate Ltd which is currently the only exposure to Africa.
