The group operates countrywide though 6 divisions:
• Entyce Beverages - combines South African tea, coffee and creamer beverage brands. It produces instant coffee from imported beans and chicory.
• Snackworks - provides sweet and savoury biscuits, baked and fried potato and maize snacks.
• I&J - processes, markets and distributes seafood and general food.
• Personal Care - provides personal care products, incorporating Yardley, Lentheric and Coty brands.
• Footwear & Apparel - imports and retails footwear and men's apparel, incorporating Spitz, Kurt Gieger, Green Cross and Gant.
• Corporate - Provides strategic direction, financial, treasury and legal services to the company's subsidiaries
