AVI Ltd is a holding company for a branded consumer products group that imports, manufactures, processes, markets, and distributes food, beverages, clothing, footwear, and cosmetics. The group operates countrywide though five divisions: • Entyce Beverages - combines South African tea, coffee and creamer beverage brands, including Ciro Beverage Solutions. • Snackworks - provides sweet and savoury biscuits, baked and fried potato and maize snacks. • I&J - processes, markets and distributes seafood and general food. • AVI Personal Care - provides personal care products, incorporating Yardley, Lentheric and Coty brands. • AVI Footwear & Apparel - imports and retails footwear and men's apparel, incorporating Spitz, Kurt Gieger, Green Cross and Gant.
