The portfolio had a total gross lettable area of 845,345 square metres valued at R13.2bn.\r\n\r\nIn addition, the fund has the following investments: \r\n• Izandla (35%) valued at R0.3bn\r\n• Pan-European Logistics (20%) valued at EUR1.0bn consisting of 32 properties in 7 countries with a GLA of 1,124,555 sqm.\r\n\r\nThe company\'s asset management and property administration activities are undertaken by Investec Property (Pty) Ltd, in terms of an asset management and property management agreement. Investec Property (Pty) Ltd has in turn outsourced all the property management and property administration business to property management companies.
