During the 2026 financial year, Calgro M3 Holdings Ltd began the process of selling its non-core assets; defined as non-contributing assets with no intention of development, comprised of projects to be traded out over the next five years. These projects include: 32-on-Pine, Jabulani, Scottsdene, La Vie Nouvelle, Vredehoek and Vista Park.
