City Lodge Hotels Ltd is the holding company for a group which owns, operates, develops and upgrades new and existing hotels in South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique and Namibia.

As of 30 June 2025, the group's hotel portfolio had a total of 59 hotels with 7,374 rooms of which 58 hotels are owned and 11 hotels are leased comprising:
• Courtyard Hotel: 5 hotels with 474 rooms
• City Lodge Hotel: 18 hotels with 3,120 rooms
• Town Lodge: 12 hotels with 1,507 rooms
• Road Lodge: 23 hotels with 2,273 rooms
