As of 30 June 2023, the group's hotel portfolio had a total of 59 hotels with 7,534 rooms comprising: • Courtyard Hotel: 5 hotels with 474 rooms • City Lodge Hotel: 19 hotels with 3,281 rooms • Town Lodge: 12 hotels with 1,507 rooms • Road Lodge: 23 hotels with 2,272 rooms The group owns 48 hotels, and 11 hotels are leased.
