City Lodge Hotels Ltd is the holding company for a group which owns, operates, develops and upgrades new and existing hotels in South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique and Namibia.\r\n\r\nAs of 30 June 2024, the group\'s hotel portfolio had a total of 59 hotels with 7,534 rooms of which 48 hotels are owned and 11 hotels are leased comprising:\r\n• Courtyard Hotel: 5 hotels with 474 rooms\r\n• City Lodge Hotel: 19 hotels with 3,281 rooms\r\n• Town Lodge: 12 hotels with 1,507 rooms\r\n• Road Lodge: 23 hotels with 2,272 rooms
