Clicks Group Ltd is an investment holding company for its subsidiaries involved in the discount retailing of health, beauty, homeware and lifestyle products as well as covering the pharmaceutical supply chain from wholesale distribution to retail pharmacy.

As of 31 August 2025, the group had a network of 990 Clicks stores (932 - South Africa; 58 - Rest of Africa) and 780 pharmacies, comprising 1 UniCare store and 779 pharmacies. These group's footprint comprised:

• 204 Sorbet beauty salons
• 55 The Body Shop stores
• 5 UPD distribution hubs
• 3 Retail distribution centres

International:
• Namibia - 26 stores
• Botswana - 24 stores, 1 pharmacy
• Eswatini 6 stores, 5 pharmacies

The group's other stores across southern Africa comprise the following retail brands:
• UPD is a national pharmaceutical wholesaler and provides bulk distribution services to pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as distribution capabilities for the Clicks Group through a network of 5 owned distribution centres servicing 25 bulk distribution clients in South Africa located in Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein and Gqeberha. In addition, distribution warehouse facilities are rented in Gauteng and Cape Town. UPD customers include Clicks, private hospital groups, pharmaceutical manufacturers and 1,100 independent pharmacies.
• The Body Shop retails natural, ethically-produced beauty products and has a total footprint of 53 standalone stores in South Africa and 4 in the rest of Africa and has a presence in 257 Clicks stores.
• Sorbet beauty salons is a franchise chain acquired in June 2023 and operates under the Sorbet (all-round beauty therapy), Sorbet Man (men’s grooming) and Candi & Co (ethnic hair, treatments and hairstyling) brands.
• Clicks Baby, established in 2021, offers mother and baby products including baby hardware, accessories, health foods, diapers, wipes and baby toiletries.

The online retail store offers products such as beauty, health and baby products including baby hardware, such as prams, car seats and cots, accessories, health, foods and baby toiletries.

As of 31 August 2025, the group's total assets amounted to R22.59bn. and there were 12.6 million active loyalty programme members.
