Collins Property Group Ltd has invested 14% of its portfolio in properties near the port and the Toyota manufacturing plant in Durban and 70% of the South African portfolio is invested in the 3 major metros.

During the 2026 Financial year, the groups principal business consisted of:
• A 100% stake in the property-owning Collins Property Group of companies based in South Africa
• A 100% stake in property-owning Nguni Property Fund group of companies, based in Namibia.
• A 100% stake in property-owning Collins Property Group Offshore group of companies, based in Luxembourg and Mauritius.

The group's subsidiaries include:
• Dimopoint (Pty) Ltd, Imbali Props 21 (Pty) Ltd, and Saddle Path Props 69 (Pty) Ltd - Holds a portfolio of commercial properties in South Africa.
• Nguni Property Fund Ltd - Owns a portfolio of commercial properties in Namibia valued at R1.29bn
• Tradegro S.a r.l. - Holds a portfolio of commercial properties in Mozambique, Netherlands and Austria.
