Copper 360 Ltd is a producer of copper with a focus on processing historically mined copper rock dumps through a process of environmental clean-up, and mining of surface and shallow copper resources. Copper is produced through its subsidiaries: • Cape Copper Oxide - An Environmental cleanup business. Produces copper by processing old historically mined rock dumps through a copper processing plant. No mining takes place in this process, only the moving and processing of rock and deposition of a neutralised slurry. The copper processing plant is located next to the town of Nababeep in the Northern Cape Province and employs 160 people. • The Okiep Copper Company - Copper Mining company, incorporated in 1937 by the Newmont Mining Company. • Shirley Hayes IPK (Pty) Ltd (“SHIP”) - A mining and exploration company active in the Northern Cape Province consolidating and developing through exploration of over 36,000 hectares of copper mining targets in the district. The company has over 12 open and underground mines and several geologically defined prospects that have been historically worked and drilled. The area consolidated by SHIP was granted a mining license, executed 8 December 2022, and lies approximately 10km north of the regional town of Springbok and 15km east of the town of Nababeep in an area of 192.6m hectares.
