Its primary asset is eMedia Investments (Pty) Ltd, which owns and operates a diversified portfolio of broadcasting, digital media, content and production businesses. Following the acquisition of the remaining minority interest during the 2026 financial year, eMedia Holdings owns 100% of eMedia Investments. E Media Investments' core media assets include e.tv, Openview, eNCA, eVOD and Y, supported by a portfolio of production, technology, property and media services businesses.
