• FirstRand EMA Holdings (Pty) Ltd, holding company for FirstRand Africa and Emerging Market Banking Interests
• FirstRand Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, an investment company holding FirstRand’s non-banking interests
• FirstRand Investment Management Holdings Ltd, an investment management company managing FirstRand’s funds, Trusts, and Investor services.
• FirstRand Insurance Holdings (Pty) Ltd, insurance services provider.
• FirstRand International Ltd (Guernsey), banking group operating in Guernsey

• FNB - representing FirstRand’s retail and commercial activities on the African continent
• RMB - the corporate and investment banking arm of FirstRand and offers advisory, financing, trading, corporate banking and principal investing solutions
• WesBank - represents the group's activities in vehicle and asset finance, as well as short-term insurance
• Ashburton - the group’s asset investment management business
• FCC (The FirstRand Corporate Centre) - provides custodianship, risk, internal audit, finance and treasury services
• Aldermore - provides financial services such as asset and invoice finance, commercial and residential mortgages, as well as vehicle asset finance and deposit taking
