Grand Parade Investments Ltd is an investment holding company with equity in the South African gaming and leisure industries.\r\n\r\nAs of April 2023, investments and effective holdings included:\r\n• GPI Properties (100%) - GPI Properties is the property holding and project management company within GPI.\r\n• Sun Slots (30%) - the holding company of a national limited pay-out (LPM) gaming machine operation. Sun Slots is licensed to install and operate approximately 5,200 LPMs in the premises of licensed sites, primarily with age-controlled access.\r\n• Infiniti Gaming Africa (26%) - independent global supplier of integrated, scalable casino management and jackpot system solutions.\r\n• Worcester Casino (15.1%) - owns and operates the Golden Valley Casino and the Golden Valley Lodge, which opened in November 2006. The casino, which is housed in a Cape Dutch style hotel complex in the Breede River Valley, provides guests with gaming and entertainment experience while offering comfortable hotel accommodation.\r\n• SunWest (15.1%) which owns GrandWest Hotel and Casino and the Table Bay Hotel.
