Growthpoint Properties Ltd is an international property company with assets in South Africa, the rest of Africa, Australia, Poland, Romania and the United Kingdom. The company owns and manages a diversified portfolio of 475 property assets, locally and internationally. As of 30 June 2025, the group’s total property assets were valued at R155.8bn.

Growthpoint Management Services (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, undertakes property administration and fund management for the company.
