The shopping centre portfolio in South Africa includes: • Canal Walk - super-regional centre • Clearwater Mall - large regional centre • The Glen Shopping Centre • Woodlands Boulevard • CapeGate Shopping Centre • Somerset Mall • Rosebank Mall • Hyde Park Corner regional centre The sub-Saharan Africa portfolio includes a 75% interest in: • Ikeja City Mall (Lagos, Nigeria) • Accra Mall (Ghana) • West Hills Mall (Ghana) • Kumasi City Mall in Kumasi (Ghana), held via the group’s 50% interest in Africa Hyprop expanded into South-Eastern Europe by acquiring a 60% interest in UK-based Hystead Ltd, which includes interests in: • Skopje City Mall in Skopje (North Macedonia) • The Mall in Sofia Bulgaria Mall (Croatia) • City Center One East (Croatia) • City Center One West (Croatia)
