The group trades through 3 retail chains, Italtile Retail, CTM and TopT stores:
• Italtile Retail provides a range of exclusive tiles, bathware and related products to upper-middle and premium-end consumers and the professional projects market.
• CTM retails tiles, laminate boards, taps, sanitaryware, bathroom furniture and accessories, targeting middle income DIY customers and small builders.
• TopT is the group’s entry-level brand, situated in close proximity to under-serviced rural and outlying markets and retails tiles, laminate boards, taps, sanitaryware, hardware and accessories.

The group has a total network of 210 stores (including webstores) of which 74 are franchises, with the total comprising 99 CTM stores, 15 Italtile stores and 96 TopT stores.

Italtile Ltd's manufacturing operations include 17 total Factories:
• Ceramic Industries (Pty) Ltd (99.12%) - manufactures glazed porcelain floor tiles, ceramic wall and floor tiles, sanitaryware and acryclic baths and shower trays through its tile, acryclic and sanitaryware factories and is comprised of:
- 1 Ceramic Industries acrylic bath factory
- 1 Ceramic Industries sanitaryware factory
- 6 Ceramic Industries tile factories
• Ezee Tile Adhesive Manufacturers (Pty) Ltd (100%) - manufactures grout, paint, adhesives and related products through its 9 Tile Adhesive and grout factories located in South Africa, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
