Kore Potash PLC has 97% ownership of Sintoukola Potash SA (SPSA), the Congolese subsidiary company that holds the Kola and Dougou Potash Projects, which in turn has 100% ownership of the Dougou Mining Lease within which the Dougou Carnallitite Deposit (Measured and Indicated Potash Mineral Resource of 3.056 billion tons grading 20.7% KCl) and the Dougou Extension Sylvinite Prospect are situated.
