As of 1 July 2025, Nedbank Group Ltd restructured its operations, establishing dedicated Personal and Private Banking (PPB) and Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) clusters.

As of 31 December 2025, operations included:
• 170,000 point-of sale devices and 622 outlets
• 4,211 - ATMs
• 8.0 million clients
• Technology platform investment - R10.0bn

Assets under management as of 31 December 2025 amounted to R501.0bn
