Pan African Resources PLC is the holding company for a mining group focused on gold production in South Africa.

Barberton assets include:
• Barberton Mines - A long-life, high-grade operation comprising three underground mines: Fairview, Sheba and Consort - Life of Mine (LOM) 18-20 years.
• Barberton Tailings Retreatment Plant (BTRP) - The plant was completed in June 2013 and adds high-margin and low-risk ounces to production - LOM 7 years (current surface sources excludes Royal Sheba material).

Evander assets include (1 mine, a tailing retreatment operation and several projects):
• Evander Mines (Underground Mining Operations) - Extraction of the 8 shaft pillar and the development of the 24, 25, and 26 level high-grade areas - LOM 11 years.
• Evander Mines (Surface Resources) - Purchases gold-bearing material from third parties - leveraging the excess capacity of Evander Mines’ metallurgical plants.
• Elikhulu Tailings Retreatment Plant - This plant exploits tailings deposited on the Kinross, Leslie/Bracken, and Winkelhaak tailings storage facilities in Evander. It commenced production in 2018 - LOM 9 years.
• Egoli project - A drilling programme and feasibility study were completed in September and November 2017, respectively. Dewatering following the phased development approach has commenced. The Egoli project will be developed as a project independent of Evander Mines’ underground operation - LOM 9 years.
• Rolspruit project - is a down-dip extension of the same Kinross payshoot currently being exploited at 8 shaft. The project is located immediately west-north-west of the 8 shaft.

Tennant Mines consists of the Nobles Gold Mine (consisting of stockpiles, open pit and underground mines) and the Warrego copper and gold project:
• Nobles Gold Mine contains the:
- Crown Pillar Stockpile
- Nobles pit
- Rising Sun pit
- Weaber’s Find
- Black Snake
- Juno
- White Devil
- Golden Forty
- Eldorado
- Chariot
• Warrego copper and gold project - Australian copper and gold project

West Rand Assets:
• Mogale Tailings Retreatment Project (MTR project): a plant is being constructed to process gold tailings deposits of Mogale Gold and Mintails SA Soweto Cluster (MSC) - LOM 21 years.
