PPC Ltd and its subsidiaries and joint ventures produce and wholesale aggregates, milled slag, metallurgical-grade lime, burnt dolomite and limestone, mainly for supply to the retail building industry.

The group has 5 integrated cement plants, 5 grinding stations, 4 cement blending plants, 2 aggregates quarries, 23 readymix plants and 2 fly ash plants with operations spanning South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and the DRC.
