Primary Health Properties PLC (“PHP”) is a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) and investor in modern primary healthcare premises. PHP invests in healthcare real estate let on long-term leases, backed by secure underlying covenants where the majority of rental income is funded directly or indirectly by a government body.

As of 31 December 2025, The Group’s portfolio comprises 1,142 primary healthcare facilities valued at GBP6.0bn (R134.1bn / USD8.07bn). The majority of the healthcare facilities are GP surgeries, with other properties let to NHS organisations, HSE in Ireland, pharmacies, and dentists. PHP endeavors to provide buildings for its tenants and assets for its shareholders.
