Purple Group Ltd is a financial services holding company with subsidiaries that operate in derivatives trading, private broking and asset management.\r\n\r\nThe group comprises the following operating segments: \r\n• EasyTrader and EasyAssetManagement (EAM) represent the derivatives trading and asset management operations of the Group. These two businesses operate largely off the same centralised resource base of the Group and EasyTrader generates a portion of its revenue for services performed for EAM clients. \r\n• Easy Group includes EasyEquities, EasyProperties, EasyCrypto, and RISE EasyRetire. \r\n• Head Office and Investments represent fees and dividends earned on investments and fair value adjustments made against them, as well as head office costs.\r\n\r\nAs of 31 August 2024, total assets were R225.5m.
