RCL Foods Ltd is the holding company for its food producing subsidiaries that operate across South Africa, Eswatini, Namibia, Botswana, Uganda and Zambia. The group manufactures a wide range of branded and private label food products.

The company operates through three core business units:
unit comprises various operating units and is responsible for delivering value through trusted brands, efficient operations and consumer-focused innovation.:
• Groceries - Culinary (includes Mayonnaise, Peanut Butter, Rusks etc.), Pet Food and Beverages operations
• Baking - including the Milling, Speciality, Pies, Sunbake and Sunshine bakeries and Buns and Rolls
• Sugar - including Sugar and molasses-based feed (Molatek) operations
