Redefine Properties Ltd is a real estate investment trust with a property portfolio investing in retail, office, industrial and specialised properties, and distributions from other property-related investments. The group manages a diversified portfolio in both South Africa and Poland, with its South African portfolio comprises mainly retail, office and industrial properties, and retail and logistics property investments in and outside Poland. As at 31 August 2022, the group had 258 directly held properties with a gross lettable area of 3.9 million square metres valued at R58.9bn in South Africa. Its international property assets had a combined value of R30.0bn comprising directly and indirectly held retail assets and logistics investments with a combined gross lettable area of 1.9 million square metres.
