Investments include: • Clothing: Queenspark (Pty) Ltd (SA) operates a nationwide chain of 79 stores in operation as at 30 June 2021, Rex Trueform Group continues to contribute to the development of communities in which it operates. and J Crew stores, and also launched its online sales platforn in June 2020. • Property: Rex Trueform and its subsidiary have a direct investment in a portfolio of 2 properties located in Salt River Cape Town. These properties are held either for the purpose of operations or for investment purposes. Group properties utilised by the retail segment include the group’s head office premises and the distribution centre premises • Water Infrastructure: (30%) Investment in SA Water Works Holding Company (RF) (Pty) Ltd via Ombrecorp Trading, SAWWH is a private water and waste water utility group operating via controlled subsidiaries, under a 30 year water concession agreement in Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal, providing water and water services to residential, industrial and commercial consumers executed with municipalities in the respective areas • Group Services: Management of Rex Trueform Group corporate social responsibility
