RH Bophelo Ltd is a healthcare investment vehicle that makes equity, quasi-equity, and equity-related investments in healthcare and financial services, such as health insurance, private hospital infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, retail and distribution, healthcare technology as well as short-term insurance. During the 2026 financial year, the Company implemented an "asset-light" strategy from an "asset heavy owner and operator of assets" to an "asset light owner and manager of healthcare assets". Based on the implementation of the "asset light" strategy, the operating segments are now defined as: • Asset light segment - focusing on investments in radiology, pharmacy distribution, dialysis, pathology and financial services relating to healthcare • Asset heavy segment - focusing on investments in physical infrastructure being hospitals and property companies.
