SA Corporate Real Estate Ltd (SAC) is a JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) which owns, through its subsidiary companies, a diversified property portfolio of properties in the industrial, retail, commercial and residential sectors. Its properties are located primarily in the major metropolitan areas of South Africa with a secondary node in Zambia comprising 3 properties in the retail and commercial sectors, in which the company holds a 50% interest through a joint venture arrangement. As of December 2023, SAC's assets under management were valued at R19.0 million. The property portfolio consisted of 267 properties covering a total area of 1.7 million square metres of lettable space with a combined value of R17.7bn.
