As of 31 March 2026, the group owned and managed a portfolio valued at R58,533.0bn (EUR2.96bn):
- Germany: the group owned 78 business parks in Germany, comprising 2.1 million square metres lettable space generating EUR165.2m of annualised rent roll across 78 owned properties and has 7,436 tenants.
- UK: the group operates 76 sites throughout the UK, comprising 800,000 square metres of lettable space, generating GBP70.5m (EUR81.1m) of annualised rent roll across 76 opened properties and has 4,300 tenants.

A wholly-owned subsidiary, Sirius Facilities GmbH, provides asset and property management services for the group.
