The Group is organised into two main business segments: • Electrical cable manufacturing - manufacturing and distribution of electric wire (South Ocean Electric Wire Company and Icembu Cables) • Property investments (Anchor Park) - An investment holding company that holds the Group’s three property assets in Alrode. The property portfolio includes a rental factory in Elandsfontein. South Ocean Electric Wire Company (Pty) Ltd is a manufacturer of electrical cables and wire. Products are sold to electrical wholesalers and distributors who supply the building, construction, mining and retail industries.
