- The Table Bay Hotel (61.6%) - 329 rooms. Valued at R506.0m

• Sunbet (100%) - the group’s online betting and gaming division, comprises online sports betting, live dealer games and online slots, with operations in South Africa and Botswana, valued at R1.2bn

• Sun Slots (70%) owns and operates 6 route operator licences across 4 key provinces in South Africa. Through partnerships with various establishments such as bars, pubs, taverns, and sports betting outlets, Sun Slots makes LPMs available for public use and entertainment. Valued at R1.4bn and operates:
- Gauteng - 1,476 LPMs, 242 sites
- Western Cape - 1,126 LPMs, 243 sites
- KwaZulu-Natal - 1,744 LPMs, 309 sites
