• Sunbet (100%) - the group’s online betting and gaming division, comprises online sports betting, live dealer games and online slots, with operations in South Africa and Botswana, valued at R2.1bn

• Sun Slots (70%) owns and operates 6 route operator licenses across 4 key provinces in South Africa. Through partnerships with various establishments such as bars, pubs, taverns, and sports betting outlets, Sun Slots makes LPMs available for public use and entertainment. Valued at R1.4bn and operates:
- Gauteng - 1,427 LPMs, 230 sites
- Western Cape - 1,090 LPMs, 226 sites
- KwaZulu-Natal - 1,686 LPMs, 289 sites
