Tharisa PLC is an integrated resource group, incorporating exploration, mining, processing and the beneficiation, marketing, sales, and logistics of PGMs and chrome concentrates.

It owns and operates the following:
• Tharisa Mine - the company's core asset, located in South Africa’s Bushveld Complex, produces PGMs and chrome concentrates through a mechanised open-pit operation and is currently transitioning to mechanised underground bord and pillar mining. Production is supported by three processing plants: Genesis, Voyager and the Vulcan Complex. Tharisa Mine’s remaining useful life of mine and infrastructure is currently estimated to be 12 years.
• Karo Mining Holdings - is a tier-one PGM project situated on the Great Dyke in Zimbabwe, with an initial open-pit mine life of 10 years.
