Collins Property Group Ltd is a real estate investment holding company. The group manages a property portfolio which includes retail, offices and industrial properties in South Africa, Austria, Namibia and other African countries valued at R11.5bn.\r\n\r\nAs of 29 February 2025, the combined gross lettable area of the properties is an estimated 1.5 million square metres. 50% of the group\'s properties are located in Gauteng, 40% in KwaZulu-Natal and the balance in the Cape. The group\'s portfolio is heavily weighted (76%) towards industrial / distribution centres with the balance made up by retail centres, supported by large national tenants who make up 78% of the income, some of whom include Massmart, Unilever, Pepkor, Nampak, Aveng and Sasol.\r\n\r\nThe Groups Subsidiaries include:\r\n• Dimopoint (Pty) Ltd, Imbali Props 21 (Pty) Ltd, and Saddle Path Props 69 (Pty) Ltd - Hold a portfolio of commercial properties in South Africa.\r\n• Nguni Property Fund Ltd - Owns a portfolio of commercial properties in Namibia valued at R1,29bn\r\n• Tradegro S.a r.l. - Holds a portfolio of commercial properties in Mozambique, Netherlands and Austria.
