Through capital-enabled services, Nutun acts as a principal in acquiring and collecting non-performing loan portfolios in South Africa. The customer experience services business comprises agency collections and customer experience business process outsourcing.\r\n• SA Taxi: A vertically integrated business platform that provides comprehensive financial, insurance and allied services offered to minibus taxi operators. It offers a unique blend of vehicle and part procurement, retail, repossession and refurbishment capabilities with asset-backed developmental finance and insurance specifically designed for the minibus taxi industry.\r\n• WBC (WeBuyCars): Is a buyer, distributor, and retailer of vehicles, which also offers financial and other allied products, and includes Gomo, a newly established entity that will be entering into installment sale agreements and rental agreements with individuals looking to finance the purchase of vehicles from WeBuyCars or pay for the right of use of vehicles sourced by Gomo from WeBuyCars.\r\n• Group Executive Office (GEO): The group executive office provides capital management and treasury functions for entities within the group, in addition to administrative and management services\r\n• Gomo - Provides finance and insurance solutions in the second-hand vehicle market which has historically been under-serviced by traditional financial institutions.\r\n\r\nTotal assets value as of 30 September 2023 amounted to R41.6bn:\r\n• Nutun - R9.2bn\r\n• SA Taxi - R20.3bn\r\n• WBC - R6.0bn\r\n• Gomo - R561.0m\r\n• GEO - R6.6bn
