The divisions include:\r\n\r\n• TWK Timber - Delivers timber to local and international markets at competitive prices from TWK’s chipping mill in Richards Bay. The company provides multiple processed and unprocessed timber products while cultivating 37,400 hectares of forestry plantations in South Africa and Eswatini. \r\nServices and products comprise:\r\n- Forestry plantations \r\n- Timber marketing \r\n- Woodchip export facility, Richards Bay \r\n- Bedrock mining timber \r\n- Treated timber plant \r\n- Softwood and hardwood sawmills \r\n- Charcoal production \r\n- Sunshine Seedling Services (SSS) timber and vegetable seedling nurseries\r\n\r\n• TWK Grain - provides commodity strategic support and services to farmers and also hedges and sells grains. The division also enables farmers and end users to safely store and dry their grains at the companies HACCP and SAFEX registered silos. Furthermore, TWK Investments Ltd produces its own branded maize meal and animal feeds which are supplied at retail, wholesale, and farm level. \r\nServices and products comprise:\r\n- Grain storage \r\n- Grain marketing (SAFEX trading) \r\n- Grain processing (RSA and Eswatini) \r\n\r\n• TWK Financial Services - Provides financial and insurance solutions to agricultural producers and corporate clients. This division provides the following solutions:\r\nServices and products comprise:\r\n- Short-term insurance\r\n- Crop insurance\r\n- Plantation insurance\r\n- Long-term insurance\r\n- Medical aid and gap cover\r\n- Alternative risk transfer\r\n- Funeral administration \r\n- Fiduciary services\r\n\r\n• TWK Corporate Services - Produces value-adding services to the TWK Group. \r\nThis division consists of:\r\n- Human Resources and Industrial Relations - maintains a fair, equitable, and positive work environment for all employees. \r\n- Health and Safety - protects employees, visitors, and those who work on behalf of the company, as well as the company\'s physical and financial assets.\r\n- Brand management, Corporate Marketing and Communication - promotes the TWK brand and offers innovative services to the TWK group, as well as to the public.\r\n- Information and communication technology and Computer Services - provides IT services and products at competitive prices to eMkhondo and surrounding areas.\r\n\r\nWith effect from 31 August 2024, the Group disposed of all its Motor dealerships.\r\n\r\nEswatini operations:\r\n• Arrow Feeds (Pty) Ltd manufactures animal feeds.\r\n• Shiselweni Forestry Company Ltd is a forestry company in Eswatini with wattle, eucalyptus and pine plantations.\r\n• Sawco Mining Timber Company (Pty) Ltd comprises 2 multipurpose sawmills. The sawmills manufacture eucalyptus and pine products for the South African and international markets. \r\n• Sawco Treated Timbers (Pty) Ltd operates a treated timber plant.
