Wesizwe Platinum Ltd, and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, operate as a platinum group metal (PGM) exploration and mining company, with prospecting rights in the Western Bushveld of the Bakubung-Ba-Ratheo Community. • Wesizwe’s flagship project is the development of an underground mine, the Bakubung Platinum Mine site located on the Western Limb of the Bushveld Complex. • A new Processing plant commenced during December 2021 (designed for separate milling and processing of Merensky and UG2-grade PGM concentrate), the plant consists of 2 processing plant modules and will run from 2021 until 2026 - Module 1 is designed with a throughput capacity of 1 Mtpa - Module 2 will provide an additional 2 Mtpa
