Brikor Ltd manufactures and supplies building and construction materials for low-cost housing, residential, commercial, industrial, civil engineering and infrastructure projects and undertakes coal mining. The company operates through two operational segments: • Bricks - Plant 1 and Plant 3 (2 clay brick-making plants in Nigel) • Coal & Clay at Ilangabi Investments 12 (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary with mining assets as follows: - Vlakfontein - stone, clay, coal with a remaining Life of Mine (LOM) of 20 years - Grootfontein - clay, coal, silica sand with prospecting rights executed on 13 July 2021 - Plant 1 - clay with a remaining LOM of 11 years - Rayton - clay - no mining activities since 2006 with a remaining LOM of 8 years (which is currently in process of sale)
