The portfolio had a total gross lettable area of 1,001,753 square metres valued at R14.6bn. In addition, the fund has the following investments: • Izandla (35%) valued at R0.3bn • Pan-European Logistics (83.15%) valued at R8.2bn consisting of 47 properties in 7 jurisdictions. The company's asset management and property administration activities are undertaken by Investec Property (Pty) Ltd, in terms of an asset management and property management agreement. Investec Property (Pty) Ltd has in turn outsourced all the property management and property administration business to property management companies.
