Italtile Ltd is a franchise holder and manufactures and supplies imported and local ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, bathware, adhesives and other related products. \r\n\r\nThe group trades through 4 retail chains, Italtile Retail, CTM, TopT and U-Light stores:\r\n• Italtile Retail provides a range of exclusive tiles, bathware and related products to upper-middle and premium-end consumers and the professional projects market.\r\n• CTM retails tiles, laminate boards, taps, sanitaryware, bathroom furniture and accessories, targeting middle income DIY customers and small builders.\r\n• TopT is the group’s entry-level brand, situated in close proximity to under-serviced rural and outlying markets and retails tiles, laminate boards, taps, sanitaryware, hardware and accessories.\r\n• U-Light retails residential lighting and related components.\r\n\r\nThe group has a total network of 211 stores (including 3 webstores), of which 74 are franchises, with the total comprising 98 CTM stores, 15 Italtile stores, 90 TopT and 8 U-Light stores.\r\n\r\nItaltile Ltd\'s manufacturing operations include:\r\n• Ceramic Industries (Pty) Ltd (98.06%) - manufactures glazed porcelain floor tiles, ceramic wall and floor tiles, sanitaryware and acryclic baths and shower trays through its tile, acryclic and sanitaryware factories.\r\n• Ezee Tile (98,27%) - manufactures grout, paint, adhesives and related products through its factories located in South Africa, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
