MAS P.L.C. is a property investor and operator. The group is internally managed, combining investment, acquisition, leasing, asset and property management, marketing, and finance skills. Capital previously invested in Western Europe was reinvested directly in income property in CEE and indirectly, on a downside-protected basis, in developments via further preference equity in the DJV with co-investor, developer, and general contractor Prime Kapital. As at 30 June 2022, the property portfolio consisted of 23 incoming-generating properties over a Gross Lettable Area of 429,400 square metres valued at R14.6bn (EUR859.8m).
