Oasis Crescent Property Fund is a close ended fund with REIT status on the JSE. The fund has a portfolio of 10 industrial, office, and retail properties in South Africa. The valuation of these properties as of 31 March 2024 amounted to R903.0m.\r\n\r\nThe fund is managed, in accordance with the investment guidelines of the Oasis Group Shari’ah Advisory Board, by Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers Ltd, which operates branches in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
