Resilient REIT Ltd is a real estate investment trust which invests directly and indirectly in regional malls and shopping centres in South Africa and Nigeria, and in locally listed and offshore property-related assets. All asset management functions are housed within the company and its subsidiaries with the day-to-day management of retail centres outsourced to the property managers, namely Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd and JHI Retail (Pty) Ltd. As at 31 December 2022, the group's property portfolio comprised: • South Africa - 27 properties with a gross lettable area of 1,158,584 square metres, and some land holdings valued at R27.3bn. • Nigeria - 3 retail properties with a gross lettable area of 29,814 square metres and valued at R597.8m. • France - 4 retail properties with a gross lettable area of 143,018 square metres and valued at R1.3 bn.
