Sea Harvest Group Ltd is a vertically integrated fishing and branded FMCG business with operations in South Africa, Australia, Namibia and Mozambique with approximately 340 product lines. The group harvests wild-caught seafood and processes the catch into frozen and chilled seafood products and it also markets these products to retail and food-service customers.

Operations for the group include:
• Sea Harvest International: Sea Harvest Australia is a vertically integrated fishing business headquartered in Fremantle, Western Australia. It provides produce to Australian and international consumers and includes Sea Harvest Australia and MG Kailis. The combined business operates 16 vessels, holding 25 prawn, 20 Spanish Mackerel and 5 fish trawl licenses with 190 employees
• Sea Harvest Aquaculture: 7 Aquaculture abalone fishing operations with 570 employees.
• Cape Harvest Food Group: Encompasses Sea Harvest’s 8 factory shops and 2 cheese plants. 1 butter plant, and 3 Powder plants in Ladysmith, Mooivallei, and BM Foods Group. Ladismith Cheese Company (Pty) Ltd manufactures and retails milk, butter and cheese.
• South Africa Fishing Group comprises Sea Harvest which operates 40 vessels and 6 Processing plants with 3,750 employees, that feed the land-based fresh fish processing factory and factory freezer vessels whose products are mainly targeted at the export markets. Operating from the Cape Town harbour, the group has vessels focused on deep-sea hake, horse mackerel, Anchovy and Sardine fishing.

As of 31 December 2025, the group owned 56 vessels, 6 fish processing plants, 6 dairy processing facilities, 8 factory shops and 7 aquaculture production facilities.
