Textainer Group Holdings Ltd operates is a holding company for its subsidiaries involved in the purchase, management, leasing and resale of marine cargo containers. The group leases intermodal containers based on fleet size of about 2.4million containers representing 3.5 million TEUs in its owned and managed fleet. Its fleet comprises standard dry freight, dry freight specials, tank and refrigerated intermodal containers, and leases more than 240,000 TEUs of new containers per annum, and resells more than 140,000 containers per annum. Textainer operates through a network of 14 regional and area offices and about 400 independent depots worldwide.
