United Kingdom based investments include: • Moorgarth group - manages a portfolio comprising 26 retail, commercial, leisure and residential properties with a combined gross lettable area of 140,431 square metres valued at R4.0bn (US$262.8m). • Boutique (previously The Boutique Workplace Company - TBWC) - comprises 33 units of serviced office space as well as 4,400 work stations under contract.
